Access is provisioned manually by FW Delta for every active project mandate. When your engagement begins, you receive login credentials directly from us. There is no self-registration – this is intentional. The portal contains sensitive infrastructure data and financial documents.

Use the 'Forgot?' link on the login form – it opens a pre-filled email to fw@fwdelta.com. We'll reset your credentials within a few hours during business hours. For urgent access issues, call +1 (307) 338-4410 directly.

Yes. The portal backend runs on Hetzner bare metal in Nuremberg, Germany. All data – including documents, logs, and project records – is stored exclusively in the EU and never transferred to US infrastructure. Full GDPR compliance.

Yes. We can provision multiple accounts for your team – engineers, finance, management – each with role-appropriate access. Contact us to add additional team members.

Access remains active permanently. Your documents, reports, source code links, and infrastructure history stay accessible even after the engagement closes. You own everything – the portal just makes it easy to access.

The portal is fully responsive and works on any device. For monitoring alerts, you can configure push notifications to any channel – Slack, email, SMS, or PagerDuty – directly within the portal settings.

Authentication is handled by PocketBase with bcrypt password hashing. All connections are TLS 1.3 encrypted. Sessions expire after inactivity. The portal runs on an isolated server with no public-facing database ports. Rate limiting is active on all authentication endpoints.
