We create your access
As soon as a project starts you get an email with the link to the portal and set your password.

What it is about, how big your team is, which tools you use. None of them mandatory, all done in a minute.

We activate the portal
Usually within one working day. From then on you see your projects, the status and the next step.
Common questions
How do I get access?
From us, as soon as a project is running. There is no self-registration because the portal only holds things that belong to a running project. If you are a client without access yet, write a short note to info@fwdelta.com.
I forgot my password.
Click "Forgot your password?" in the sign-in box above. You get a link by email and set a new password. The link expires quickly, so just request a new one if needed.
Can colleagues get in too?
Yes. Send us their names and email addresses and we create additional accounts for the same project. Each person gets their own password.
Where does the data sit?
On servers in Germany, and the connection is encrypted. The portal only holds your name, your email address, your getting-started details and the project status. No payment data, no credentials for your systems.
Do I get reports and invoices in the portal?
Not yet. Findings, documents and invoices come by email, as before. The portal shows the status and the next step. What is here grows with your project.
What does the portal cost?
Nothing. It comes with every project, also after handover.
Not a client yet?
The usual starting point is the tracking check.
Within two working days you know which orders, enquiries and bookings Google does not see. EUR 290, credited against a project. Or tell us what is not right at the moment.
