How do you handle GDPR?
All data is processed and stored exclusively on our own bare-metal servers in Nuremberg, Germany (ISO/IEC 27001:2022 certified infrastructure). No data ever leaves the EU – regardless of our US legal entity.
How long is the initial call?
30 minutes. Enough time to understand your stack, identify the core problem, and outline whether we can actually help – without any sales pressure.
Is there a minimum project size?
No fixed minimum. We work with agile SMEs and larger enterprises alike. If you want to own your infrastructure permanently, we're the right partner.
Is the initial consultation free?
Yes. The first 30-minute technical assessment is complimentary – to determine fit, architecture feasibility, and whether we can actually help you.
Do you work outside the DACH region?
Yes. While our primary market is DACH, we work with companies across the EU and internationally. All engagements are conducted in English or German.
What does 'full source code ownership' mean?
Every project delivers complete, commented source code to the client. No licensing fees, no repository access charges, no ongoing dependency on us. You own the IP permanently.
