Common questions before first contact
What happens in the 30 minutes?
We go through your systems and the problem, size the order of magnitude with your numbers and tell you whether an owned system makes sense. If yes, you get a technical proposal with a fixed price within two working days. If no, we tell you what helps instead.
Do I have to prepare anything?
Not necessarily. It helps if you know which tools you use and roughly what they cost. With real invoices we calculate with your numbers during the call instead of estimates.
How soon can you start?
Most projects start one to two weeks after the contract. A contained web tracking job often runs three to five working days, server-side tracking two to four weeks, dashboards three to five weeks, custom software two to sixteen weeks depending on scope. The schedule is in the contract.
Where does what you build run?
On servers you own or control. The default is Hetzner data centres in Germany, ISO/IEC 27001:2022 certified. Transfers to connected platforms depend on the integrations you choose.
Do we really own the source code?
Yes. Git access from day one, the rights to the project code transfer with the final payment. Third-party components stay under their own licences. There is no licence from us that you keep paying.
Do you call?
No. We reply in writing and propose a video call when it settles something. You decide whether to take it.
